Our Shipping policy is as Follows: CONTINENTAL US ONLY
Shipping is 10 to 14 days following payment of merchandise. We Strive to give the best
service possible and will keep you informed of any delays and provide you with
tracking numbers so that you can follow your shipment directly to your door. All
orders  of BBQ Sauces will be shipped by USPS only as that order will come from the
Bronson, Mi. Warehouse. Orders will take approx. 3 days to process through the
warehouse and to get shipped. The best Value for shipping is combine all your
purchases on the Paypal Invoice for combined shipping.  RUSH Shipping is Available
the cost for RUSH Shipping is $24.95 for the entire Order. The Warehouse (located in
Simi Valley Ca) uses many forms of shipping including, but not exclusive, USPS, DHL,
UPS and Truck Freight. If you order a large item it may come Truck Freight and take up
to 21 days to receive after ship date.  All damaged and shipping problems,
Must be taken up with the courier.
DO NOT send damaged merchandise back to Either Warehouse. Submit the claim
through the carrier. Contact us through the contact us page about the Damage. The
carrier will Determine if the damage occurred through shipping or packaging.

Payments can be made in many ways. On large Orders (orders over $200.00) Paypal
offers an easy Payment Method, You must check with paypal prior to ordering.  We
accept many forms of payment, such as Your PayPal Account, Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, Discover, Visa or Mastercard Gift Cards, All Cards & Gift cards are
Redeemable through PayPal. Remember that by going through PayPal We never see
any of your personal Account Information.  Money Orders, Personal Checks,
Company Checks and Registered Checks or Bank Notes. Checks, Money Orders and
all forms of Paper Payments are to be sent to the Bronson, Mi address.

Military Personnel Stationed Overseas:
You can order and have it shipped to your home in the US or you can NOW have it
shipped to your US APO. All U.S. APO's outside the Continental US are shipped
Priority Mail at $24.95. If you would like it shipped to your APO, get in touch with us
before you place your order and I will check with the USPS for the rates to your APO  
and adjust the shipping accordingly. If the order is over $50.00 and the standard U.S.
shipping rate applies it will be Shipped for FREE!  Thank you for your Service to our

RETURN POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, Due to the fact that we have pictures of all of our products that can be
enlarged to see exactly what you are purchasing the only thing in question would be the quality of the product. If you
are dissatisfied with the quality of the product CONTACT US and we will do our best to meet your satisfaction. If
together we determine that the product will be returned to us or the warehouse there is a 25% Restocking Fee and the
shipping is paid for by the buyer.  For Damaged product see Shipping Policy above.
Non-defective merchandise: must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.
Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by Velvet Gourmet. Broken quantity
inner packs are not returnable.
* Sample items are not returnable.
* Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return
will be charged.
Defective or broken merchandise: will be replaced,
not refunded. Claims for Damage must contact us within 24 hours.

shipping rates. We will ship Internationally by USPS Parcel Post Ground Only and
may take up 20 to 25 days to Receive after shipment. BBQ Sauces and Marinades can
not be Shipped Internationally. If you are in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico the Shipping
is $24.95. International Shipping Charges are based on weight, Large Flat Rate Box is
$99.95 and Up. International Purchases MUST  Contact us Prior to Ordering and We
will set it up.  International Shipments must be sent from Simi Valley Ca. to our
Bronson, Mi. Warehouse and then Shipped from Bronson. The shipping is $99.95 up
to $199.95.  Above $199.95 the rate is $199.00 for outside the U.S. or Canada.  Checks
sent for payment from sources outside of the Continental US may take up to 14 days
to Clear.
Shipments overseas may take 4 to 6 weeks to receive
